Answers to Your Land Clearing Questions
Do I need a permit for land clearing?
Possibly. It depends on your town’s laws. Please contact your town’s zoning office to be sure you are in compliance with any regulations.
Can you clear land for a new pool, horse barn or other construction?
Yes, as long as there is enough room for our equipment, we are happy to provide you with an estimate.
Will you remove all of the wood, stump and chip debris?
Yes. All the land clearing we do includes the removal of logs, stumps, and chips.
Will you clear large piles of brush that have been sitting on my property for years?
We’d be happy to do a site visit and determine the most cost-effective way to remove it.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
No. Because land-clearing projects can vary greatly, we must do a site visit to give you an accurate estimate. Please be sure to mark the clearing limits before we arrive.
Where does all of the wood waste go after you clear my land?
All the materials we clear are hauled to our state-certified wood recycling facility in Danbury, CT. Then, it is processed or recycled into mulch, compost, or certified playground mulch.
What are your service areas?
Generally, our projects are most cost-effective within a 60-mile area of Danbury, CT. However, we often perform larger projects, such as those for pipelines or right-of-ways.
